KON MAKANDRA HELPING HANDS HAS MAINLY FOCUSED ON EMPTYING THE SERIOUS NEEDS
People who have little or nothing to eat receive an extensive food package every month. children from the families being supported also receive school supplies. KMHH volunteers keep in touch to support the families where they can. That could be medsich, with housing or a listening ear.
WHY CHOOSE US ?
Charity is a virtue of the heart, & not of the hands
We aim to ensure that many more children can go to school, participate in sports and social activities and have access to healthcare. Children also like to play with toys and we want to fulfil this need.
We were founded in 2020, when, as a result of the corona crisis, poverty and loneliness became increasingly painfully visible, especially among senior citizens. We are happy to offer a helping hand here, of course to those who need it.
We want to help people in need to stand on their own two feet. For example, the construction of a vegetable garden and the keeping of chickens and or other small livestock farming is stimulated. This can be helped with the design of this.
Provide the primary and secondary necessities of people in Suriname.

- 1 family supported with school supplies for 5 children
- 1 family supported in finding housing
